How to Download a Program
When you download a file from our web site, you are copying the file, across the internet, from our web server
to your own computer. You need to do it to be able to install and use the program on your own PC.
In order to download the file you need to follow some simple steps. Depending on the browser and the version of Windows that
you are using, some of the screens may look a little bit different. However, the basic principles should be the same:
Click a download link in one of our pages
You will be asked whether you want to save the file or open it from its current location. Choose "Save". If you are not asked
the question, do not worry. The browser will choose "Save" automatically for you.

Next, you will be asked to choose a folder where you want to save the file. You can also change the name of the program, although this is not recommended.
This is a standard Windows "Save As" dialog box like the ones you are used to seeing in many applications. Pay attention to the folder you select before you click the
"Save" button (you may need to go back to it later on). You can choose any folder that you want. However, it may be helpful to create a folder for all your downloads.
After clicking "Save", the download will start. You will see a "download status" screen that displays the progress of the download and also reminds you of the place where you are saving the file.

Depending on the size of the file and the speed of your connection, the process may take from a few seconds up to several minutes.
When the download is finished, if you left the "Close this dialog box when download completes" check box unchecked, you will see the same "download status" screen

On the "Download complete" screen, click the "Open" button. The file you just downloaded will be run and it will launch the installation program. Follow the instructions of the installation program to install it on your computer.
If you do not see the "Download complete" screen (probably, you checked the "Close this dialog box when download completes" check box), open the folder where you downloaded the file and double click the file.
If you just wanted to download the file but do not want to install it right now, do not worry. On the "Download complete" screen, simply click the "Close" button. Once you are ready to install the program, follow the instructions in our guide on How to Install a Program
